A four bedroom villa located on the hillside near Nathon which offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand and out to the National Marine Park and Mainland.
The villa is built on 4 levels and is entered on
the second level which features fully fitted kitchen, lounge and an en-suite
bedroom on each wing of the level. The lounge area leads out to the sun
terrace, large infinity pool and sala.
On the first level there are two more en-suite bedrooms, the connecting corridor contains a sizeable sauna and baby cots. The third level has a large lounge serviced for4m the kitchen by a dumbwaiter and has an outside walkway.
The fourth level is a circular bar area with large wall screen television and commanding views of the Gulf of Thailand. This villa is suitable for disabled in so much as the entry, kitchen, lounge, pool and 2 bedrooms are all on the same level.
it is however a steep drive 400 meters from main road and

recommend a vehicle is required.

The villa is located 5 minutes drive from Nathon, 10 minutes from Maenam and both Airport and Chaweng are 30 minutes away.

It is on the western side of Samui near the Ban Taling Nam Hotel and is only 50 metres from a white sandy beach. The house is comparatively remote with only a few restaurants nearby but there is a well stocked minimart at the end of the lane (200mtres)
The living area is mainly on the the first floor, which consists of a large, high ceiling, through room with a spacious western style kitchen and dining area incorporated in the back corner. The outside balcony/terrace affords fine sea views. The en-suite masterbedroom over looks the large pool courtyard and there is a second double bedroom on this floor.
