Our Hillside Villas are all individual houses in self contained gardens with private swimming pools in the hillside developments on the north coast of Koh Samui and all within 10 minutes of the beach. Most have spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Phangan and the National Marine Park, but they are away from the road and we do strongly recommend you require a vehicle to enjoy these accommodations.

MALEESALAN

A five bedroom luxurious Thai Style Villa located on a hillside just outside Nathon. This villa offers spectacular views over the Gulf of Thailand out to the Marine National Park and the Mainland.

The villa is built on 3 levels and is entered via a grand stairway to the living level comprising of lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The swimming pool is on the lower floor via the lounge patio doors and 2 en-suite bedrooms on either side of the pool.

The top floor is given over to the master bedroom which look out over the pool to the sea.

The villa has full time maid service but is not suitable for those with walking disabilities due to the number of stairs, it is also approximately 400 meters from main road and beach up a steep driveway and we highly recommend a vehicle is required to fully enjoy this villa

There are several local beach restaurants nearby.

The villa is located 5 minutes drive from Nathon, 10 minutes from Maenam and both Airport and Chaweng are 30 minutes away.

This villa is excellent value.

SUNSET PAVILION

A four bedroom villa located on the hillside near Nathon which offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand and out to the National Marine Park and Mainland.

The villa is built on 4 levels and is entered on the second level which features fully fitted kitchen, lounge and an en-suite bedroom on each wing of the level. The lounge area leads out to the sun terrace, large infinity pool and sala.

On the first level there are two more en-suite bedrooms, the connecting corridor contains a sizeable sauna and baby cots. The third level has a large lounge serviced for4m the kitchen by a dumbwaiter and has an outside walkway.

The fourth level is a circular bar area with large wall screen television and commanding views of the Gulf of Thailand. This villa is suitable for disabled in so much as the entry, kitchen, lounge, pool and 2 bedrooms are all on the same level.

it is however a steep drive 400 meters from main road and we highly recommend a vehicle is required.

There are several local beach restaurants nearby.

This is a 4 bedroom villa situated on the higher level with magnificent views.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with large terrace, private pool and outside garden areas. The villa is not suitable for disabled and is approached up a steep roadway through the Santi Thani development and a vehicle is highly recommended. The nearest beach is 800 meters away across the main road.

Nathon and Maenam are 10 minutes drive away. Chaweng and the Airport 20 minutes away. This villa is highly recommended.

Babies are welcome but the villa is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old due to high balconies, open pool and furnishings in the house. Maid service is provided 6 days per week.

The house is well sited on the lower part of Santi Thani but we still recommend a vehicle would be a big asset.

The bedrooms are air conditioned and there is a maid service 6 days per week. The white sandy beach is only 800 meters away and there are several local restaurants nearby.

TALING NGAM

This is 2 storey, three bedroom Thai style house suitable for both holiday and long term lettings. It is on the western side of Samui near the Ban Taling Nam Hotel and is only 50 metres from a white sandy beach. The house is comparatively remote with only a few restaurants nearby but there is a well stocked minimart at the end of the lane (200mtres)

The living area is mainly on the the first floor, which consists of a large, high ceiling, through room with a spacious western style kitchen and dining area incorporated in the back corner. The outside balcony/terrace affords fine sea views. The en-suite masterbedroom over looks the large pool courtyard and there is a second double bedroom on this floor.

The lower floor comprises mainly of a separate self-contained apartment with kitchen, dining area, lounge, double bedroom and bathroom, all looking out onto the pool area which has a bar and separate shower room.

A vehicle is highly recommended for this property which is 40 minutes from the Airport and Chaweng and 20 minutes from Nathon. The house is highly recommended for those who wish to experience the Robinson Crusoe life style with luxury.
